I have read the application and agree to abide by all rules set forth at the 2009 YANKTON AREA ARTS Summer Arts Festival, understanding that failing to do so may result in my being asked to leave the show, without refund, and that I may not be eligible for future shows. I agree to release and forever discharge the Yankton Summer Arts Festival, Riverboat Days, Inc., Yankton Area Arts, and the City of Yankton, all sponsoring organizations and their directors, officers, employees, agents and volunteers from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, loss or damage arising out of or in conjunction with my application to or participation in 2009 Summer Arts Festival and Riverboat Days.

By signing this application form, the Applicant acknowledges having received and read the application and “Information & Rules” and agrees to abide by all rules set forth. Applicant declares that the slides, photos or a disk submitted for jury are representative of work to be exhibited and that Yankton Area Arts reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to advise applicant of any work that does not meet the standards set forth and applicant agrees that such work will be immediately removed upon request by Yankton Area Arts officials. Failure to remove such work or to abide by other rules set forth may result in Applicant's removal from Summer Art Festival/Riverboat Days 2009 or applicant being prohibited from future participation.
