Yankton Area Arts is excited to be hosting an array of artwork from Yankton High School students as part of our Youth Art Show 2012! The exhibit runs from February 3 through March 13 and will kick off on Friday, February 3, with a First Friday artist reception from 5-7 PM at G.A.R. Hall. YAA’s Youth Art Show is held in conjunction with Youth Art Month, an annual national event in March which emphasizes the value and benefits of excellent K-12 arts education programs.

With the gallery floor work now complete, YAA will be resuming regular business hours as of Friday, February 3. Hours are 1-5 PM on weekdays and 1-3 PM on Saturdays, and the gallery is free to the public. Call 665-9754 or email yaa@iw.net with any questions.
